Perfect Perfumes For Different Occasions

For any occasion, any time of day, it is always nice to smell great! The trick is to use the right perfumes for the right occasions.

 

I would like to share my 3 favourite perfumes for 3 different occasions: Casual, Smart-casual and Smart.

First I will start with my ideal casual scent. The Body Shop do so many gorgeous smellies - from perfumes and body mists, to hand and body lotions. My absolute favourite is their Vanilla Body Mist (£7.50 for 100ml). I love vanilla, it's such a soft and fresh scent. This body mist is perfect for day to day wear. It is a light, fresh yet warming scent and smells lovely for any casual occasion. The Body Shop have had this body mist for as long as I've known about the shop, and to still be selling it must show it is popular and timeless.









Next, my favourite smart-casual perfume. If you are a regular reader of my blog, you may have read my last post which incorporated the Ralph Lauren Number 2 Big Pony Collection body lotion. Well, the Ralph Lauren Number 2 Big Pony Collection Eau de Toilette (£41.50 for 50ml) that matches that body lotion smells gorgeous! It is a fun and bold, yet flirty and romantic scent and I think it is so versatile for any smart-casual occasion. I love wearing this for nights out, or friend/family dos. It smells amazing and would compliment this type of occasion perfectly.

Finally, my smart scent. When going to smart occasions such as weddings or interviews, it is important to incorporate a sophisticated scent as your smell is one of the first things people will notice after your outfit. For these occasions I love using the original Jimmy Choo EDT (£33.50 for 40ml). This perfume is absolutely gorgeous. It is a feminine and fun, yet strong and empowering scent. It is such a beautiful perfume to match for any smart occasion and lasts a long time, unlike some perfumes that wear off after an hour or two.
