The Ultimate Girl Dilemma

I am one of those girls who plans ahead for most things, especially my outfits! When it comes to days/evenings/nights out I have to plan a few days ahead (at least) and when it comes to special occasions I, like many, look for the perfect outfit.

I'm a lover of shopping, and have recently bought two new items - one of which I am going to wear on my birthday at the start of July (extreme planning ahead). However, it may come as no surprise to you that

''Adventures with Auntie Hazel''

So my first point I must make is that at the end of this year I am going to be an auntie! A few weeks ago my sister announced she was pregnant, and when she said the exact words 'Auntie Hazel' I couldn't stop smiling... I still can't.

Growing up, I was part of a loving and big family, but unfortunately over the past 8 years our family has become a great deal smaller. Being such a family-orientated person, nothing in the world felt better than being told it is about to get a little bit bigger again! My niece or nephew will be the first of the next generation and I

Summer Style

Yes, I have already been thinking about my summer wardrobe. I cannot wait to go shopping for those new sleeveless tops, light jackets/cardigans and sandals. When it comes to fashion, summer is my favourite time of the year, and I'm definitely one of those girls that plans ahead.
I have started planning some outfits using

Clothes Show Live 2013

For my birthday last year my sister bought me tickets to the Clothes Show Live 2013 at the NEC in Birmingham. Now for those of you who don't know, the Clothes Show Live is one of the biggest fashion and beauty events of the year in the UK. It flaunts many designer clothes, along with the entertainment of what I thought was a brilliant performance on the catwalk. After the show itself, audience members are then invited to the hall where

The Moroccan Miracle

Like most of you, I have tried many different shampoos and conditioners to try and find the right one for me. I have quite fine hair, and have wanted something that will protect my hair, allowing it to grow without splitting at the ends. I have tried products like Tresemme; Pantene Pro-V; VO5, but none of them have really had the desired affect.
However, a few months ago a friend recommended 'Moroccan Oil' to help

About Me

                                                      Hazel Postma ¦ 03.07.94

I am a Cardiff University graduate formerly studying (BA) Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies. I graduated on 15th July and shortly after began work in my first 'proper' job. I loved university so much and really miss it, however I'm very excited for life ahead to see where I will end up.

I am originally from the small seaside town Weston-Super-Mare, but now live in Taunton with my boyfriend of 6 years. I work in the advertising department for Newsquest, covering a range of Somerset newspapers including the County Gazette. I absolutely love my job and consider myself very lucky to have the opportunity to work within the newspaper industry. I started in July 2015 and have already learnt so much about the processes of a newspaper.

I'm a very chatty, lively person so blogging is ideal for me. I blog as a hobby which is why my blog is so broad - from beauty to food. If I enjoy something or think something is interesting then I will share it for you guys :)
